Fifty, fat, and FRating???

Got 5 interviews, they all went good. And I even trained for one Job. The last two I like the best, but dont know if I will get them. As far as fat, I ate 6 chocolate covered cream filled donuts at one time. For desert I got a pizza size danish and ate it in one evening. I was depressed this weekend. I gained 10 pounds, I got to do something this weight is killing my self-estem. I did walk a little and I am thinking about using that belly machine which holds my laundry or clothes I dont feel like putting up. Can you just be fat, fifty and frat to make a livin?
